1. Firearms Law & PAL Requirements

2. Eligibility & Licence Verification
By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you hold a valid PAL (or RPAL for restricted firearms). Your licence is verified with the RCMP before any firearm or ammunition order ships, and restricted firearms require an RCMP-authorized transfer.
3. Limitation of Liability
OneTactics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Compliance & Buyer Responsibility
You are responsible for the lawful acquisition, possession, storage, and transport of any firearm or ammunition you purchase, in accordance with all federal, provincial, and municipal laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to confirm you are legally permitted to acquire and possess a given item before ordering.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and your firearms licence is verified. We accept Interac e-Transfer and major credit/debit cards; card payments are handled on a secure, PCI-compliant hosted page. e-Transfer payments are manually reviewed before an order ships.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
