We collect information you provide directly, including your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and order history, as well as email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support, and, if you've opted in, send occasional newsletter emails. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Data
Solana (SOL) payments are processed and confirmed on the public Solana blockchain — transaction data for on-chain payments is inherently public and outside our control once broadcast. e-Transfer payments are reviewed manually by our team before an order is marked paid. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
4. Data Sharing
We share information with shipping carriers and payment processors only as necessary to fulfill your order. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing emails is available via the link in any newsletter email.
