Shipping Policy

We ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally. Some remote or extended-service areas may not be reachable by our carrier; if that affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping.

• Standard shipping — $25 flat across Canada.
• Free shipping on orders over $500. Eligible order value excludes ammunition and sale/clearance items — those don't count toward the $500 and always ship at the standard rate.
• In-store pickup — free. Collect your order at our Brampton, Ontario store (16 Regan Rd, Unit 46-16, Brampton, ON L7A 1C1) and show your PAL/RPAL in person — no online licence upload needed.

Firearms and ammunition are regulated. A valid PAL (or RPAL for restricted items) must be verified before any regulated item is released for shipping or pickup.

• You can upload the front and back of your licence securely during checkout, or verify once from your account. A verification is valid for 3 months — within that window, repeat purchases don't need a new upload.
• Choosing in-store pickup lets you show your licence in person instead of uploading it.
• Restricted firearms additionally require the transfer to be authorized by the RCMP / provincial Chief Firearms Officer (CFO). We'll coordinate that with you before shipping.

Orders are only released once verification is complete. Incorrect or mismatched details (name, address, licence number) can delay this.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business daysonce payment clears and any required licence verification is complete. Delivery time on top of that varies by destination — typically a few days in Ontario and longer for remote or coastal areas.

Restricted firearms may take longer, as they cannot ship until the RCMP/CFO transfer approval is issued. High-demand periods and sale events can also extend timelines. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

• Discreet packaging. Everything ships in plain, unbranded boxes with a generic return name — no product names or markings on the outside.
• Signature required. Firearms and ammunition require an adult signature on delivery and are never left at the door. If no one is available, the carrier holds it at a depot for pickup.
• Separate shipments. Firearms and ammunition ship in separate packages with separate tracking, and may arrive on different days.
• Ammunition ships to a physical street address only — it cannot be sent to a PO box.

• Accessories & non-regulated goods can ship to any Canadian address, including a PO box.
• Non-restricted firearms & ammunition ship to a physical Canadian address. If the shipping address differs significantly from your licence details, we may ask for confirmation.
• Restricted firearms ship only to the address registered on your licence.

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking, and you can follow it from your account under Order History. Please allow a business day for the carrier to scan and update tracking.

If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If a package is lost or stolen in transit, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right. Optional shipping protection may be offered at checkout for added coverage.

Reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we can usually help before it enters processing. Once a firearm order is being processed or its transfer has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking fee. See our Return Policy for details.
