Group-Buy program Policy

Our Group-Buy program exists to give you a brand-new way to acquire your favorite firearms at below-market prices.

Welcome to our Group-Buy program! Please read the following terms carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility & Participation

Minimum Participants:

Each Group-Buy deal requires at least 5 buyers to unlock the special group price.

 

How to Join:

  1. Add the designated “Group-Buy” product to your cart.

  2. Complete checkout and payment in one transaction.

  3. Your order will remain Pending until the minimum participant threshold is met.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Group Price: The discounted price shown at checkout applies only if the deal goes live (min. 5 paid participants).

  • Payment Capture: We will only capture funds once the Group-Buy succeeds. Until then, your payment method is authorized but not charged.

  • Insufficient Participants:

    • If the deal does not reach 5 participants within 7 calendar days, all authorizations are voided and no charge will occur.

3. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

  • Once the Group-Buy succeeds, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email.

  • Fulfillment Timeframe: We aim to ship within 5 business days of deal success.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your package is on its way.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Deal Success: You may cancel your participation at any time before the group threshold is met—no fees, no questions.

  • After Deal Success:

    • Full Refund (minus 9% processing fee) if you cancel within 24 hours of our confirmation email.

    • Partial or No Refund thereafter (depends on supplier restocking policies).

  • Failed Deal: If the group fails to form in time, all authorizations automatically cancel—no action needed on your part.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout and added after the deal succeeds.

  • Combined Orders: If you order additional items in the same transaction, they’ll ship together under the group-buy shipment.

6. Communication & Updates

We’ll send you:

  • Deal progress updates (“2/5 joined,” “4/5 joined,” etc.)

  • Confirmation once the deal succeeds or fails

  • Shipping & tracking information

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published here and emailed to active participants.
