Newcomer Welcome Deal Policy

1. Eligibility Determination

This offer is valid only for first-time OneTactics customers.

New-customer status is determined by comparing the PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) number provided at checkout against our “PAL Retention Record”:

If the PAL number does not exist in our record, the customer qualifies as a new customer.

If the PAL number already exists with any prior order or service record, the customer is ineligible.

Customer account must have no previous order history.
-
Shipping address must be within Canada.
2. How to Participate

Add at least one paid merchandise item to your cart.

Also add the “Newcomer Welcome” item (priced at $0) to the same order.

Only one “Newcomer Welcome” item is allowed per order; multiple paid items are permitted.
3. Cash-Back Amount

Earn 4% cash-back on the pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal of all paid items.

Cash-back does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges.
4. Redemption & Refund Process

Order Placement

Checkout with both paid item(s) and the free “Newcomer Welcome” item.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order status is marked “Delivered,” we trigger the refund.

Refund Issuance

We process your 4% cash-back to the original payment method within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.

Banks may require an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

If you return or cancel part of your order, the cash-back will be recalculated at 4% of the final paid subtotal.

If you return all paid items, the cash-back offer is void and any refunded amount will be reversed.
6. PAL Retention Record Maintenance

Data Collection: At checkout, customers must submit and verify their PAL number, along with name, date of birth, and contact details, into our “PAL Retention Record.”

Quarterly Audit: We audit and clean the PAL Retention Record every quarter to remove errors and duplicates, ensuring accurate new-customer determinations.

Secondary Verification: In case of discrepancies, we cross-check name, date of birth, email, or phone number to prevent transcription or duplicate-entry errors.
7. Limitations & Exclusions

One redemption per customer, household, and payment card.

Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon code.

Not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or adjust the offer for orders placed by resellers, bulk purchasers, or unauthorized dealers.
8. Modification & Termination
OneTactics may modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes apply only to orders placed after the revision date.
